CLICK & COLLECT – We offer a CLICK & COLLECT service from our Boutique located at 24 Bay St Double Bay NSW 2028. Simply make your purchase online or by phone and collect from the store.
SHIPPING
Shipping in Australia is a flat rate domestic shipping fee of $15 via Australia Post, Express Post, and your item has tracking for your security and safety.
We also ship internationally for a flat rate of $50 via TNT express. Please note that overseas orders cannot be refunded or returned.
RETURNS
Sylvia Rhodes Boutique accepts refunds only for faulty product. This shall be determined by the company that has manufactured the product.
We accept exchanges of items within 7 days from the date of purchase, providing all labels are attached and the item has not been worn.
